Marinated Kangaroo Fillets
Great in the kitchen or ouside on the BBQ.
Ingredients:
- 500g Kangaroo Fillets
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic, chopped finely
- 1 tspn Fresh Rosemary, chopped finely
- Cracked Black Pepper
Method:
If fillets are quite thick, simply slice fillets in half to make each piece smaller.
Combine fillets, oil, garlic, rosemary and pepper and cover with cling wrap. For best results,
marinate in fridge for 2-3 hours (bring back to room temp prior to cooking).
These marinated fillets can be pan fried or put on the bbq and will be extremely tasty and tender.
Serve with sweet potato mash and steamed brocolini or veg of your choice.
